Our Happy Place has chairs for the lower and upper decks at the front of the house. The front porch deck has Adirondack chairs for relaxing and chatting with friendly neighbors. The second floor deck over the front porch has a table and chairs for more private relaxation. The back deck is equipped with a metal bistro table, chairs and a brand new Weber Spirit gas grill. During the summer, these are all left out for guest use. From October through June the chairs may stored in the garage Feel free to take them out and use them. While rain is not a big problem, although they are rather heavy, winter storms can take away anything not nailed down, so if you retrieve deck furniture from the garage, please take care of it if it gets stormy and return it before you check out.

The stair rail down from back deck is lighted. It will magically light up at dusk and shut off at dawn. There is additional motion activated lighting for the parking spaces at the bottom of the back deck stairs.

There is a brand new Weber Spirit gas grill on the back deck!
