Following are some courtesies we request from our guests. Observance will ensure future enjoyment of Our Happy Place for you and others, and maintain the beauty and function of Our Happy Place. As a paying guest, there are consequences for not observing these requests in addition to the rules listed in the three-ring binder which you will find in the house. Please familiarize yourself with this binder to avoid the consequences.

Please try not to bring sand into the house. We understand this is the beach and some sand is inevitable. It can be minimized by removing your shoes as you enter and brushing off sandy feet and legs outside. A large rain shelter has recently been added to the front deck so shoes can be stored outside and stay dry. Mats are provided at both doors, and the back door has additional devices for the removal of mud and sand before you enter. Please shake sand off all towels and clothing before bringing them into the house.

Especially do not introduce sand into the showers, as it clogs the drains and is very difficult to remove.

Please be courteous to other guests and residents of Olivia Beach and observe the quiet time between 10pm and 8am.

TV we provide a variety of cable TV channels, but do not provide premium channels such as Netflix and Hula. Feel free to use our internet password to log into these premium channels using your personal devices.
